Shipping policy

Free UK delivery on every order. We post with Royal Mail and delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available at checkout.

We pack and post within two working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next working day.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, email sabrina@root5.co.uk and we will resend it or refund you in full.
